Refund and Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing N.M. Imports for your purchase. We value your business and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review the following terms and conditions related to returns and warranties.
Return Policy

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a restocking fee starting at 20% of the product price, depending on the condition in which we receive the item. This policy is non-negotiable.
- Custom products: Any product that is custom or built to order is non-refundable and they are not returnable.

Electronics: All electronic items are non-refundable and are not returnable.

Return Request Period: Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your shipment, as verified by the carrier's tracking number. Requests should be communicated via email (nmimports505@gmail.com) or phone (505) 453-5748.

RMA Number: If your return request is approved within the 10-day period, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Parts must be returned within 14days of RMA issuance to the address provided with the RMA and must be returned in the original packaging. Returns received after this period will be void.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning products to N.M. Imports Performance. It is also the customer's responsibility to insure the shipment for the retail value of the product.

Damaged Returns: If parts are damaged during return shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company for reimbursement.

Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without an RMA number will be discarded, and no refund will be issued.

Condition of Returned Products: Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged. N.M. Imports Performance will assess the condition of the returned items and determine if they meet the criteria for a refund. If approved, a refund will be issued less shipping charges and restocking fees.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incompatible Products: If a customer purchases an incompatible product, it is their responsibility to cover the associated return costs. The above conditions will apply.

Exchanges: No exchanges will be processed for returned items. Refunds will be issued, and customers may place a new order.
Damaged or Missing Parts

Reporting Period: Any missing or damaged parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking number.

Package Protection: If you declined Package Protection at the time of purchase, N.M. Imports is not liable for returns, reimbursements, or replacements of damaged items. The customer must work directly with the shipping carrier for a resolution.

Route Package Protection: If you opted for Route Package Protection and your item was damaged, lost, or stolen, all return communications must be directed to Route.
